Surface Quality Monitors
Photo Emission Tech., Inc., manufactures and markets systems that are used to measure surface cleanliness, or monitor absence/presence of organic and/or inorganic surface micro-contamination. The systems can also be used for detecting invisible thin films/coatings and measuring the relative thickness of very thin films. Following is a brief description of each system.
